Walk Through Inspection

A walk-through home inspection is a visual examination of a property conducted by a licensed inspector.

During this inspection, the client/agent and inspector tour the home together, observing and discussing the condition of various elements such as the structure, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing.

This type of inspection provides immediate insights and allows for on-the-spot questions and clarifications about the home's condition. This is a verbal-only inspection, and clients are welcome to take notes, photos and record the walk-through. A written report is not created. The walk-through generally takes about an hour.
