A home inspection is a thorough examination of a property's condition performed by a licensed home inspector. It involves assessing the structural components, exterior and interior locations, electric, plumbing systems, and other essential elements of the home.

On the day of your inspection, we will walk the entire home and surrounding area, taking notes for your report and identifying any issues or potential problems.

It is important to note that a home inspection is a visual inspection only, and areas that are deemed unsafe, locked or inaccessible to an inspector will not be inspected.

The length of time of an inspection is largely determined by the size and scope of the property to be inspected, and if there are additional tests to be done, such as a Well Flow Test, Radon Testing or Water Testing. In general, a thorough home inspection is 2-4 hours in length. A shorter, verbal only walk through inspection is an option as well.

You will receive your report within 24 hours after the inspection.
